I paid in advance, my plane was delayed, didn’t get there until 10:00 pm and there was no one on site. I called the phone number and received voice mail. So I had to pay for another motel. Never, never will I even think about this place again..

I found this recently renovated efficiency to be qute clean & comfortable. It comes with an extremely large fridge and 2 burner stove top.And for what you get it's quite a good price.

Pay for horror

I had booking for two nights and I left after first night as the property has smokers staying and stink of smoke in the room. I could not sleep due to it and I had no other option to find another hotel at midnight so I stayed one night. I checked out in the morning and despite no refunds, I found another hotel for the 2nd night, which I had already paid to Southern Suites. There were people smoking in the balcony, even though the law is that no one should smoke within 30 feet of the building. There is no blanket, sheets are super slim and hardly provide any warmth. No hot water in the morning for the shower. Coldest shower you can have I was in room 212

DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE!!!

This property was horrible. The office was closed at 4pm when we tried to check in. I called the office number numerous times and no one answered so we didn't even get to stay there. On top of it the area was so sketchy that i was afraid for my safety.

When we checked into our room it was clear the floor had not been swept and concerns the room had not even been cleaned. I went to Walmart, bought a broom and swept it myself. The bathroom there was empty toilet paper rolls on the floor, wrapping for new toilet paper and used small bars of soap on the floor. The Window was cracked and the screen was cut, if I hadn't looked out the window to ensure the car was locked I would have never noticed. There is only two small "flat" pillows so be sure you have something to actually use. We received 1 towel and 1 wash cloth so again had to purchase some from Walmart. I never used the kitchen and it was the reason I got a place with the kitchen but you can't use it when there is no dishes or utensils and the knobs on the two burner stove are broken off. I needed an inexpensive place to stay and I did get that, but would not stay there again.

Well if you unload your things in the room don’t get to comfortable either the cable tv box is missing or the tv doesn’t work at all and when you move to another room please don’t think it’s ok because the reigerator looks like they left slim and body parts in it..but wait there’s more so you finally tired move to the third room where there’s no towels or shower curtain and that’s just the easy things I have never complained but I don’t understand why

C for effort

Trying to check in my husband had to wait for police to break up a fight out front , assuming it was two guys who lived there. Once in- the room they Gave was occupied. So had to go back and get another room- at this point he wanted to leave but they already had my money and wasn’t sure they could refund me. Finally get a room, and yes they were nice and clean- the reason I booked based on those reviews. All night, every night for the stay there were doors slamming, cops arresting people and some guy doing what I assume to be drug deals behind the parked trailer… Since this was my husband alone he stayed- but def wouldn’t bring a female or kids….
