This "apartment"/hotel was our favorite out of the four hotels we stayed at in Austria. First off, one could not ask for a better location. It is minutes from a major bus stop, a grocery store, shopping, restaurants and the "old town". Secondly, the "room" itself was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Thirdly, the amenities are plentiful. A small kitchen with a refrigerator, actual glasses, plates, silverware and a microwave. They have a "guest mobility pass" which gives every occupant a free "in town" bus pass. This is a great thing to have in such an easily accessible town like Salzburg. Fourthly, they provide a "luggage room" that allows you to keep your luggage safely before and after you check in. This a must have! Lastly and most importantly, the customer service was impeccable. Igor was the epitome of great customer service. He was friendly, helpful, patient and professional. He reminded me that great customer service still does actually exist, although rare.
We do have some "criticisms" of the room. The "exit sign" by the front door is far too bright. And there is quite a bit of street noise at night (people walking by) and early in the morning (trash trucks and delivery trucks).
