This property is close to Avenue Louise and is close to the city centre in Brussels. The rooms are clean & so are the bathroom. The breakfast is quite hearty and they have Nespresso coffee pods in the rooms. The hotel staff are friendly & give advice on local transport & amenities. I would love to stay here again

Noisy but ok

Clean room and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Decor was pretty. Room at the back overlooked a nice garden area below. Coffee machine was great. Very noisy at night though, the rooms clearly have not been sound-proofed at all (ear plugs are provided, so they must have had many complaints). On a high floor at the back of the hotel, there was minimal street noise, but still the internal hotel noise was problematic. Location ok, felt a bit "middle of nowhere", but only a short walk to public transport. Room was too warm from underfloor heating (or pipes?) with only an overhead air con available, couldn't find a way just to turn off the heat!

Good hotel close to Louise metro station

My usual hotel was full, so I searched for somewhere to a metro station that was a reasonable price (and had a desk area to use my laptop). It is an easy four-minute walk to Louise. Hotel was good. Large flat-screen TV. coffee making facilities. Good check-in experience (friendly person at reception). I was on seventh floor - only one lift and it was a bit slow, but that was not a problem. I have already booked the same hotel for my next trip (albeit because my usual hotel was full, again).

Front desk staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and check out were both fast and convenient. Twenty minutes walk to shopping area. We were told where to park on the streets which we were very grateful for. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our only problem was the only elevator broke and was unusable the morning of our departure. The six flights were steep and circular and very disturbing for two older travelers. The desk man did go up for our luggage but I had to go up as well for additional items. We came to understand why they asked us our preference for floors. I would recommend choosing a lower floor….but would definitely stay here again if in Brussels.

Cute Brussels stay

Was only at the Scott for one night, but enjoyed it there. Cool 20s vibe throughout the hotel, with some fun decor and touches around. Nice room, compact (but to be expected in a central location) and cosy. Decent breakfast included too, although they were super quick to tidy it away the moment it went past the time. Overall, a good place and would recommend.
