COP 29 visit to Baku

Hotel was tricky to find for the taxi driver but the. It was o key a free days old when I got there. Very clean. Room was great, the staff at the hotel were some of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the world. Recommend it

I stayed at this hotel with my family for two days, and I highly recommend against staying there. The receptionist's attitude was unfriendly, and the rooms were not clean, were not good, and had a bad smell. Stay away from this hotel.

The hotel is very unorganized, understaffed, and the staff seemed unable to adequately assist with our concerns. We booked a family room, but upon arrival, we were given two separate rooms instead. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, deserve only one star. After two nights, I developed significant back pain. The hot water also ran out after approximately five minutes in the shower, which made it impossible to take a proper shower. The windows are old and provide very little sound insulation, so we could hear significant street noise inside the room, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains were also old and too short to properly cover the windows, allowing outside light into the room throughout the night. Overall, our stay was very uncomfortable, and the hotel did not meet the standards we expected.
