This B&B is nicely situated to go to either the beach or the town. The staff are very helpful and friendly and you feel as if you have known them for years just after meeting them for the first time. It is excellent value for money as breakfast is included in the price whereas many B&Bs now add this as an extra.

Double room (not huge) with ensuite shower / toilet. Towels provided. Room was 3rd floor (tight stairs) . Very clean , nice hot shower. Breakfast was delicious with masses of toast. Paid £162 via a booking site (tried to book direct but was dearer -work that out...) for a 2 night stay -that's £81 each for room and breakfast -bargin. 4minute walk to a spoons pub ! Would stay again.

Julie the host was a lovely lady and very friendly. Nice breakfast, ample street parking. Room has an old charm, but all works well for the stay. Clean toilets. Would recommend and will return if the opportunity arise.

Wonderful stay. Comfy bed and very quiet. I stayed single room with shared bathroom. No issues. Bathroom was spotless. I was not able to have breakfast due to work commitments but it smelt lovely. I would highly recommend and will stay again when in Ayr.
