Worst hotel ive been to. Needed a place near the airport for a night and decided in Vessel. The bed sheets were dark yellow as if it were never washed. Felt itchy just looking at it. Their double bed is a small bed which they claim fits for 2 but does not. The bathroom has standing room for a 10 year old child and nothing larger. Staff does not know english as well

フロントのスタッフさんは大変親切でしたが、至急で聞きたいことがあったので、近くにいらっしゃった外国人の清掃員さんにお声がけしました。ジェスチャーやわかりやすい日本語で説明したにも関わらず、ほぼほぼ日本語が通じませんでした。接客を行わない清掃員の方にお声がけした私にも不備があったとは思いますが、ここまで通じないとは思いませんでした。なので何かあったらフロントに直接伺うのが妥当だと思います。浴槽の狭さやスーツケースの広げにくさはありましたが、ほぼ寝るだけなので全然問題なかったです。

地下鉄の駅が近い。近くにスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店があり、夜は静かに過ごせた。ストレートにも使えるヘアアイロンの貸し出しがありがたかった。朝食会場が混んでおらず、おかず、主食が程よく揃っていた。 チェックインの時にメールアドレスを書かせ、代行登録しときますから受信されたメール内のURLから登録してくださいと言われたのでメールを無視すれば登録しなくてよいと思い、受け流していたが、会員になられたのでこの飲み物のどれかをプレゼントしますと言われた。逃げる余地無しで会員にしようとする圧を感じた。この件だけが残念だった。

立地が良く、ウェルカムドリンク等のサービス自体は良かったのですが、チェックイン時に対応されたスタッフからは設備の案内やウェルカムドリンクの案内やエレベーターの案内など何も一切なく、とても不親切だと感じました。当方大量の荷物を運ぶのに困っていても知らぬフリ、一時的に荷物を預かってほしい旨伝えても、もう部屋が使えるんですよ？との返答。部屋の清掃は洗面所の壁と天井にたくさん髪の毛が張り付いており清潔とは言えなかった。チェックアウト時のスタッフは感じが良かったのが救いでした。

地下鉄3番出口から出るともう目の前に見えます。近隣に博多座や、商店街、飲食店も多くすごく便利な場所です。 お部屋はきちんと清掃されて気持ちがよく過ごせました。防音性も高いのか、近隣は賑やかなはずですがとても静かで朝までゆっくり眠れました。ラウンジのウェルカムドリンクのお茶をいただきに行きましたが、和菓子も3種類用意されていて嬉しい驚きでした。夜はお茶漬けも食べてもらえますとの案内でしたが、ホテルへの戻りが遅くなり、いただけませんでしたがサービスが充実してるなあと思いました。福岡には35年ぶりでしたが、快適に過ごせていい思い出になりましたし、またすぐ行きたいと思ます。 その時はまたよろしくお願いします。
