The beautiful and modern hotel is centrally located and close to everything you need from shopping malls to food access. The hotel is well cleaned and staff were pleasant and attentive. My only suggestions is that the raised bed area can be a bit hazardous and need to be addressed. I hit my feet a few times and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The king size mattress was two doubled out together with a topper but that made sleeping a bit unpleasant. The restricted visitor policy of one visitor per day is something that needs to be improved on as well. Over all I highly recommend this place.

The staff were fantastic and very responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. I had to contact them several times and they always responded in a timely manner. The bonus was they spoke english which I found was a rarity in Sao Paulo - no biggie but a few phrases and Google Translate go a long way. The gym and sauna were fantastic. The pool was great but not heated and the sun loungers were plentiful. They also had two mini marts on site which were handy for snacks. There was a breakfast on site which was ~69 Real with fruit, coffee and some made to order items. I think the tech aspect of the concept is great but has some wrinkles to iron out but overall a great idea that most things are through your phone or facial recognition.

Let me say, this review would have received 5 stars if it wasn’t for their overly cumbersome check-in process. Unlike most 4-5 star hotels that focus on the human touch, this hotel literally required us to download yet another native app, create an account, submit our biometrics and personal information before an electronic key code will finally generate. On top of that, every guest must undergo the same process, not just one person per party. It was clear we were not the only guests who grew increasingly frustrated at something that should take 10 mins but ended up taking much longer due to the hotel’s glitchy and cumbersome interface. This was literally the only way to check-in. The hotel itself was very nice, with some very thoughtful touches like robes, complimentary minibar, and overall contemporary aesthetic. However the check in process left such a bad taste in our mouth that unless the hotel changes it entirely, I would not recommend this hotel to others as it’s not worth the trouble.

Falta chinelos!

Quarto limpo e moderno. Hotel novo, tranquilo. Problema é a cama.
