Staying with family specially with kids, don’t. Very bad experience with bathroom, there was very bad smell my kids don’t even wants to use it. No proper communication unless it’s 911 situation. No receptions no helpline. It’s ok just coming for sleep but not for family. One more, no AC working and portable has terrible sound. No microwave as shown in picture

My partner and I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to celebrate the holiday. The location of this hotel was fantastic as you are right smack dab in the middle of Old Quebec. It had prime restaurants and shops and was a walkable distance from pretty much any attraction. Despite being a hotel, there is not a front reception desk and you check in on your own which my partner and I loved as it allowed us to just check right in and start exploring right away. The only thing I will say is that the amenities/ building itself is quite old which is expected for staying in the old part of the city. Specifically the room we stayed in did not have an attached bathroom, but for a 48 hour trip it didn't bother us too much! Would highly recommend for a quick budget friendly trip and will def being staying here again!

Great location, small room (with a large bathroom). Virtually everything was unplugged -- good thing we didn't want the television, because the cord was behind a large dresser and hard to get to. The tiny kitchenette was fine. But the first night the air conditioner leaked all over our clothes and the floor. We cleaned it up but, as far as we could tell, when we reported the leak, all they did was give us some clean towels; they didn't even pick up the wet ones on the floor below the air conditioner. Only one parking location was suggested and it was full. We ended up purchasing a two-night pass to the garage from a helpful shopkeeper across from the entrance. That's below-average service by the hotel. And all communications were done online; no one was onsite. It worked ok, but it wasn't our preference.

El acceso al hotel está o en un callejón, o entrando a la tienda o en una puerta diminuta. Tienes que preparar el ingreso de todos los que se hospedan con tiempo para que te puedan mandar la clave de la puerta para poder entrar. No está señalado correctamente. Sin estacionamiento.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, à pied du centre touristique. Procédure d'entrée assez claire. Bon rapport qualité prix, peinture très fatiguée, clim fonctionne bien, beaucoup de lumière dans la piece de nuit ( lampadaires allumés la nuit)

Personne ne pouvait me parler en français, j’ai essayé de téléphoner à plusieurs reprises pour des informations et je n’ai eu aucun retour d’appel. Lorsque j’ai eu un problème de clé c’était une anglophone qui m’a répondu. Aussi, le stationnement suggéré ne prenait aucun visiteur, j’étais prise à l’entrée. Il faudrait aviser que le stationnement à cet endroit n’est pas garantie. Par contre, la chambre était propre, bien équipée et très bien située.

Pas de réception mais communication et réponse tres rapide de la part des gestionnaire. Propre. Bon lit. Nous étions au rez de chaussée et n'avons pas beaucoup dormi, entre 23h et 2 heures du matin, des pas très forts sans arrets et désagréables au dessus de notre chambre. Vraiment zéro insonorisation!
