A estrutura do hotel é nova, moderna e excelente. Mas falta cuidado no atendimento. O hotel optou por contratar funcionários muito jovens, provavelmente sem experiência e sem treinamento adequado. Overall, this is a great hotel. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. Architecturally, the property is stunning, and it’s kept spotless every single day. The spa is a must—skipping it would honestly feel like missing part of the experience. The food overall was good, though Scena wasn’t our favorite. That said, we tried all the restaurants, and that one just didn’t stand out to us—others might feel differently. If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting with top-tier amenities, this is definitely the place. The adults-only atmosphere is a big plus. In my opinion, it’s absolutely worth visiting. If you want a super detailed breakdown, this isn’t that—but if your goal is to relax, unwind, and enjoy a well-maintained, upscale hotel, just book it.

Went here for a quick solo getaway, and it was completely relaxing. The staff was really nice, and they did everything to make my stay even better. The spa is incredible, definitely book an appointment and enjoy the facilities. The food in the restaurants was pretty good (sushi restaurant was the best). Only bad thing was that my shower had a bad smell, but it didn’t ruin the experience overall. Shout out to Nova (entertainment), super cool guy! Would definitely go back.

W is a kind of action party vibe brand with music speakers and noise everywhere, even at the “quiet” pool. Not somewhere if you want tranquil relaxation. Building is a deep. V to the sea so ocean view is a side view. Non ocean view rooms look on to neighbouring vegetation. Chef is a highlight - food high standard in all restaurants though perhaps would become limited after a while. Some really great members of staff - others still learning.

Our stay at the W Punta Cana was far from ideal. While the property's design is beautiful and fitting of a luxury hotel, our group of ten experienced severe health and hygiene issues. On our last day, five people in our party suffered from severe diarrhea; we strongly suspect that the freshness or quality of the food was compromised. Furthermore, six members of our group broke out in red rashes, and five people sustained numerous bite marks that strongly resemble bedbug bites

Really good experience, service was top notch. Resort still fairly new so not a lot of people and 2 restaurants still under construction but if you’re looking for a fairly quiet luxury getaway this is a good place.

I had an incredible experience at W Punta Cana during our babymoon! The facility is absolutely amazing, and the staff is fenomenal—truly going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They perfectly embody their motto of “whatever, whenever,” and I was especially touched when they made my craving for a Dominican dessert happen the very day I arrived. Their kindness and exceptional service made our trip so special, and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and heartfelt getaway!

The property itself is beautiful, and the food was consistently good, and it is very easy to get a spot by the pool, which made for an enjoyable overall experience. That said, the service could be a bit inconsistent at times. There were several corporate events during our stay that limited access to certain restaurant spaces, and the rooftop was closed for private events on two out of five nights. We also encountered a few minor room issues, such as a leaking shower door and patio doors that didn’t seal properly. Additionally, the app frequently changed restaurant hours, which made planning meals somewhat challenging. Overall, I would rate the stay a 6.5 out of 10. With a few improvements to service consistency, communication, and room maintenance, this property has the potential to easily be an 8 out of 10 experience.

Resort is beautiful, but the food is less to desired. Nothing was flavorful. Also I believe I was sick because of this. I have stayed at many W hotels across the world and be far the worse one. Staff was friendly and helpful.
