Nestled in one of Norway's many fjords, the location of this property it top notch. It's a small community, so it is very quiet, so you are able to relax and enjoy the natural beauty all around you. Balcony overlooking the fjord was a nice touch.

Spacious a d clean twin room. Good location with great lawn area seating on the side of a calm fjord bay, with dramatic mountains on both sides. We booked same day. It was a good value and included breakfast. Dining area was very nice. Room was basic but had what we needed. Only complaint was that we had single beds and I’m not used to that-felt like I might roll off. Great view of the fjord.

Even the hotel doesn't look to appealing when entering the premises and also has a bit of a 70s feeling in the public areas: We had a renovated (complementary upgrade) room facing to the fjord, don't know how non-renovated rooms look like. Staff was very friendly and a good breakfast buffet was offered. They do have a calm, fjord-facing garden where you can have a drink or simply relax.

Great stay

We stayed here for three days on our latest trip to Norway and it was lovely. We chose a room with a view of the fjord and it delivered. We chose to have dinner here our first evening and the restaurant was fine, so was breakfast - both done as a buffet. There was plenty of parking, and even EV charging for a flat overnight fee. You can tell the property has been recently renovated. The only issue we had (not the hotels fault) was some very obnoxiously loud music from the nearby campground but it stopped by 22:00 each night. It was a good value and if traveling by car, I’d stay here again.
