Outstanding staff customer service. Kudos to all the staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome - starting with the guards, the front desk, room service, and the servers at the restaurant. A special appreciation to the General Manager (Edna). We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Roxas City.

Convenient Hotel in Roxas City

Hotel Veronica is an older property but it's comfortable. It has nothing fancy, but the shower and toilet worked. The sink is somewhat a bit slow in draining. The staff are very attentive and quick to respond with requests. It's located conveniently across from the Robinsons Mall and easy to hail tricycle drivers for a ride. The airport transfer was on time. I would go back there in the future.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were possibly one of the most helpful I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Nothing was too much trouble… My only comment is when you check in. Perhaps give the breakfast voucher at check-in rather than the next morning when you go to the restaurant and get told you need a voucher. Better to have it at check-in.

i thought we will have free breakfast like what most hotels are offering but we were told that it was not included since we booked thru expedia . and also i was not informed that they have free transfer service from the airport to the hotel . i paid too much for the car that i got from airport to the hotel
