Cleaning was very bad. İ changed my room twice, because first one was very dirty, and second was that window broken, wind was entering the room, room was cold. Location is safe. The staff was helpful

Staff in the front desk is extremely unfriendly and rough. The rooms are not as in the pictures. Extremely small, in need of uggrading. The elevator was working intermittently. I heard many time people screaming trapped in the elevator asking for help. You feel all the time, they are looking for some additional chrges. I definitely would not stay in this place again.

I came at 11am to check in, and left my luggage at the front desk until it was time for check-in. I showed up at 11:30pm and they told me that maintenance have to fix a leaking in the bathroom, and left the room uncleaned. They have the whole day to either 1. Clean the room, 2. Notify me about the situation, 3. Switch me to a new room. Instead they gave me the option of sending me to a new hotel that is not nearby or the latest which it was hanging and waiting in the lobby of the hotel while they cleaned the room. Truly disappointed and I can’t believe the poor and unprofessional end result.

O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente e a Smart TV com TV a cabo estava disponível para o meu lazer. Sumiu meus documentos e me colocar em quarto menor

Hola, me hospedé en este hotel en la habitación 506. Pagué por una habitación triple porque queríamos más espacio, pero nos colocaron en una doble, más pequeña, y aun así pagamos de más. Luego, cuando la camarera entró a arreglar la habitación, desapareció completamente mi bolso, donde tenía dólares, los pasaportes y otros documentos importantes. Teníamos vuelo hoy por la mañana, día 7, y no pudimos embarcar. Estamos atrapados en el país. Tuvimos que hacer otro check-in y ahora tomamos una habitación para solo dos personas, pagando mucho menos, pero curiosamente nos colocaron nuevamente en la misma habitación 506, que originalmente habíamos pagado como triple (casi el doble del valor). Ya hicimos la denuncia policial y pedí información a la gerencia, pero solo dicen que “no estaba en el hotel”. Sin embargo, estaban conmigo un grupo de amigos que están en la habitación 409 y todos vieron que llegué anoche con la bolsa. Incluso mi hija, que está conmigo, confirma que hoy por la mañana salimos con la bolsa en el cuarto, y al regresar ya no estaba. Solicito una respuesta urgente y seria de parte del hotel.
