Really lovely place to stay supper quirky and the staff were incredibly helpful. We went to the local arena and were 15-20 mins away so worked perfectly. Fara was very helpful throughout our stay. We had a lovely stay and were exceptionally happy with our room. Thank you.

We've been here before and had a lovely great day, the staff were very helpful and the room was great. Although I would say that the mattress was a lot firmer last the last time we stayed there was also quite a bit of dust on top of some of the tables and also the shower body wash had not been refilled from i assume the last guests visit. Other than that, we did enjoy our visit.

Easy to find and well located hotel with private parking in a car park accessed by code. Room clean and good size TV hard to navigate (even the manager struggled) check in awful, have to manually input all details including credit card even when already paid (understand it is for extras), you get the key via an email so have to wait for that to come through - unnecessarily frustrating & long winded especially after a long day and drive! staff were super friendly

A beautiful boutique hotel! Super friendly helpful staff! Our bags were taken to our room whilst we were checking in and what a room! Stunning! Make sure you dine in the amazing restaurant the food is fantastic! Safe parking at the rear of the hotel in secure car park! We will definitely be back to this superb hotel!

Beautiful place to stay real style & attention had gone into the decor - rooms are above a nice restaurant and digital keys used so easy to come and go as you please. Restaurant meant asking for milk for my coffee (in room) was not a problem. Recommend if looking for a nice non-chain option.

Rummet som vi bodde på var Marco Polo , lyxrum. Det hade ingen AC och lamporna vid sängen fungerade inte. Belysningen var så svår att hantera så även personalen visste inte hur de skulle hjälpa oss. Det fanns restaurang i byggnaden men inte möjlighet att köpa frukost.

Beautiful boutique hotel, opulent, spacious room with large comfy bed and all the high end trimmings you would expect. Gorgeous bar and restaurant serving dinner. Wonderfully helpful and courteous staff, met on arrival and talked through the modern digital room lock, car park exit and entry system. Located in a beautiful, leafy area away from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounded by private Georgian period houses and a short 10 minute walk from local public transport.

Our overnight stay at Baloci was great. The staff were excellent, friendly and really helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room itself (we stayed in the Persia room) was really spacious. Coffee machine was excellent as was the shower and the tower fan worked a treat keeping us nice and cool during the hot weather. We finished off with great coffee and pastries next door at Cake & Culture. A really lovely stay thank you.
