Decepção.

Fiquei decepcionada com o hotel, não o considero um 5 estrelas, talvez um 4 estrelas. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Pude notar que nos 4 dias que estivemos no quarto este não foi varrido. O bidê tinha um pó meio gorduroso, não tive coragem de usar. O café da manhã era caríssimo e não tinha a qualidade condizente. O quarto no primeiro andar era muito perto da rua. Perto de 23h, todos os dias que estive lá parava um caminhão de lixo que durante uma hora ficava ligado “digerindo” o lixo do hotel. E o bar do hotel serviu uma porção de croquetes com um deles com cabelo, apesar de não cobrar o consumo, fiquei chocada e mal impressionada. Francamente, o NH não é mais o mesmo. O ponto alto é a localização.
