Fabulous hotel, it had only openned a couple of days before i stayed there. Great location, 5min walk from Victoria Station.

Excellent location and love the fact the rooms have a kitchenette area but very expensive at £250 a night. I would also expect security locks on the doors for that price.

Good part: friendly staff, location is great Not so good part: Check in was 3pm but I had to wait until 3:10pm to get the key. This should never happen in any hotel. Was given an accessible room for a 4 night stay , which was super annoying and inconvenient. What if a person who truly needs an accessible room needs it?
