Hotel Riva del Sol is right across the street from the beach, and very easy to walk to the old town are for shopping and dining, although there are also many choices just down the street from the hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. ( we had a problem with the drain in our shower and they fixed it right away.) There were many choices for breakfast and there is a restaurant on site for dinner also. Parking is included in a small lot right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property is a little bit dated but kept very clean. All the staff is amazing! Since our arrival they were so kind to walk to the parking lot to show us exactly where to park. This is a charming hotel and wanted to love it, great location to the beach and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast was decent, dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. The one downside was the air conditioning, or lack there of. Never could get it below 25.5C which for me was not good as I need a cool room to sleep. If you can't sleep sweating look elsewhare

Needs a Refresh but ok

The hotel is older and needs refreshing. Our room had a great view of the beach but it smelled bad and we had to air it out. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Location was good near restaurants and the old town. The young bell boy was very helpful.
