We had a very brief stay. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The room was well presented and clean but I would say the lighting was interesting! The rooms were pretty dark with no ceiling lights, it set a certain mood but not entirely practical! The hotel was clean and modern and in a very good position/setting. The staff were helpful. I would say the price was on the hefty side, even at the slightly discounted price I paid for a last minute booking. Overall we had a lovely experience and the kids enjoyed their hotel experience.

The hotel was good. Not enough staff. We had a tv problem and waited over an hour and no one came to check. We went to the front desk and found the lone employee very busy with other guests. He finally found time to look at the tv and was very helpful!

From our room we had a view of the bay. Close to bars and restaurants and to the Saturday Market. Not sure it's worth $550/night though. But it was the only place on the island we could find with king bed.

Great location - walking distance to Ganges with all the restaurants and harbour side. Restaurant in hotel very convenient and great for breakfast first thing in the morning. Hotel looks very nice and well maintained. Close to Long Harbour ferry terminal as well and convenient for all sightseeing within the island. For EV drivers, there are EV chargers across the street at Moby's Pub. No issue getting around the island without charging anyways. Ample parking as well. Overall a good stay

We enjoyed the stay. Check in was excellent. House keeping was average. Restaurant was terrible. One of the worst experiences ever. I had to show a picture of what an Espresso Martini looked like after recieving my solid dark brown drink. My lasagna had brown hard noodles on the bottom, they completely forgot the halibut on my wife's halibut salad,...etc... Left us with a bad taste as they were unprofessional in their response. They did comp the entire meal.

This accommodation in Ganges is within walking distance of everything you want to see and do in beautiful Ganges. Kyle was our main point of contact. He was courteous, respectful and very professional. He took time to answer our questions and was very helpful. The ambiance is vacation and business friendly with a relaxed ‘Island-time’ vibe. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and quiet. All the staff were very nice. Will be happy to stay there again!

This is a gorgeous hotel with sustainability and natural design elements at the forefront. The staff were friendly and helpful and the welcome package was a much appreciated touch (freshly baked cookies, chocolates, and a reusable glass water bottle. Both the room and the patio were spacious with a great view of the harbour and we enjoyed sitting at the bar downstairs. I am unsure if there was an elevator on site which would impact anyone with mobility concerns as there are a lot of stairs between floors.
