i arrived at shift change. Both, the morning and evening staff were Great. Especially the evening. She explained where my room was and bedt way to go to my room. It took a bit of explaining, i had trouble visualizing but she didnt give up. My only complaint is that wasnt shampoo , only bar of soaps

When we checked into the hotel, I had to wait quite a while while the attendant was busy doing other chores. When I finally got checked in and to the room, it was very nice and clean. Then they called us and told us they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room and we had to move to another building. This was also a nice room and an upgrade to a suite. However, the TV in the living room was shattered and looked like somebody had put their head through it. It had a kitchen in it with the stove that did not work, no pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, or anything else you would expect to be in the kitchen. It also had a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. In the bedroom, the TV had no reception. I tried to call the office to report all of this, but the phone didn’t work. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water.
The TV in the living room was shattered. It looked like somebody had put their head through it.
The kitchen looks nice, but the stove doesn’t work and there are no utensils at all. There’s also no cabinets to put anything in.

Upon checkin I was greeted and Joey assisted me. He was very friendly and thankful for my patience during shift change. Our TV didnt work we were put in another room within minutes. Joey is what hospitality and customer service exemplifies. Next time I’m in the area will come again because of him.

Honestly disappointed at how filthy the room was. I could tell that the room was never actually was cleaned after the last tenants the only thing clean was the towels and bed made up. The microwave had rust under the glass plate, the floor was filthy, a real strong humid smell.

Great Accommodations for a great price!

Overall great for what we needed. Kitchenette was perfect, very clean unit, AC worked fabulous in both rooms. Great TV’s all working. Had to write our own do not disturb signs for the daily housekeeping. Lucy was fantastic when it was her housekeeping shifts she would check in with us on our schedule for housekeeping. It was clean small bathroom off the bedroom had a loud fan if you turned on the light in it. Toaster broke and took three requests before we got a new one. Occasional smell of smoking from another unit. Parking spots near room filled up quickly. It was close to everything convient location and amenities were great for the price. .

Very frustrating experience at this location. First, when I booked two rooms I made a note to see if they could be together. That morning I called the location and told them I may check in late and verified that we could get the rooms together and the clerk said ‘yes’. When I get there that evening the rooms weren’t located close to each other and the rooms weren’t even what I booked. I had booked a double queen and a king, both non smoking and got two double queens, one was smoking. My wife is highly allergic to smoke. After explaining the situation to the front desk clerk she looked and found a King and a double queen in a different building. When we got in to the king room there was dirt and hair on the sheets and a dead roach on the floor. We were so fed up with everything we just asked for new sheets so we could try to get to sleep. There were people fighting outside the building and yelling all night. The front desk clerk acted like she was aggravated to help when all we wanted was what we had booked, and confirmed that was supposed to have been available. Would not ever go back.
