O quarto é apertado e estava muito sujo, inclusive com resto de comida. A Internet disponibiliza pelo hotel é precaria. O banheiro é escuro, além de ser minúsculo. Faltou energia no primeiro dia, e apos um tempo considerável conseguiram acionar o gerador de emergência, e neste tempo ficamos as escuras, e para piorar o quarto que fui acomodado não tinha janela, e ficou muito quente, devido ao não funcionamento do ar condicionado, apenas uma minúscula abertura que dava acesso para o corredor. A noite alguns hospede que estavam no hotel fizeram muito barulho. O estacionamento é precario (na calçada do hotel), e tem que deixar as chaves na portaria, que em alguns momentos ficava sem atendende, e com grande risco de furtos dos carros que ficaram na area externa lateral do hotel, e que nao atendia a quantidade de vagas de estacionamento para os hóspedes, sendo necessário deixar o carro na rua. A água da piscina mesmo com pouco uso estava turva. No segundo dia o meu óculos de sol simplesmente sumiu quando eu estava na área da piscina, gerendo transtorno e estresse. Sendo localizado mais tarde pela atendente da recepção. Muito coisa para melhorar e não pretendo voltar.

Um lugar para esquecer

Péssima! Quarto desconfortável, em reformas, cortinas não escureciam o quarto, não tinha toalheiro no banheiro, garagem aberta em um lugar improvisado, TV não fuincinava, café da manhã fraco, não tinha copos nos quartos, frigobar vazio, chão sujo de areia, sem apoio para comer à noite, só IFood e o pior de tudo, tivemos o celular furtado na piscina do hotel. Apesar de terem "encontrado" e devolvido, tivemos que passar por constrangimentos com essa situação e saímos sem tomar café da manhã.

Pontos positivos: - Está localizado em uma região calma e silenciosa, próximo à Praia dos Anjos e do centro da cidade. - O café da manhã é de boa qualidade, embora a todo instante faltem pratos, talheres, etc. - Os funcionários são solícitos. Pontos negativos: - Não há local adequado para retirar as malas na porta do hotel. É uma rua de mão dupla com parada proibida e sem qualquer recuo. - O trinco da porta do banheiro batia no blindex do box podendo causar um acidente. - Não havia uma única cadeira ou mesa no quarto. - A limpeza dos quartos ocorre só a cada 3 dias. - O acesso aos canais de TV só através da Internet bastante precária. - A cama é boa, mas os travesseiros deixam a desejar. - Não havia secador de cabelo no quarto nem disponível na Recepção.
