Hotel was nice and staff were awesome. Hotel is a little remote not much around it so you have to drive or taxi. The road to the beach is a little sketchy to walk with no shoulder. But overall it’s a nice hotel. Will be nice when they finish the gym and have a few amenities. Staying at other hotels in tulum I wish it had a small restaurant for breakfast at least since it is a bit isolated from town and not that best walk on the road to the hotel zone.

Clean, modern and we had an amazing 2-day stay. Kurt the front desk manager was super helpful and we would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tulum. It’s near the beach and all the restaurants plus shopping. We knew Tulum would be expensive, but honestly, I’m not sure if it’s worth it and I thought California was expensive.

The place was clean only issues upon arrival the room was given away. No water on two occasions they fixed after we notified them. Not far from beach a short bike ride or scooter rental. Also the ocean view is lol. You can see it but barely. If you’re a smoker this is not the place for you. No elevator but stairs aren’t bad.

I loved it :) the staff was so kind helping me with everything, I felt very safe and taken care of :) Nice, good size studio apartment with all you need. They have rental bikes, scooter and atw which you will need to go places. Could have had a complementary water bottle upon arrival. Loved this hotel. It is apartment style - would be great for long term stays. 7 min scooter ride from the beach. Nice pool and private pool at many of the rooms. Very convenient to be able to rent quads and scooters from there. Helpful concierge!
