The heater for the room was set at one temperature couldn’t control it so it was extremely hot in the room. Attempted to take a shower there was no hot water. What a bummer paid for a 5 star hotel and got a room over a jackhammer. They are doing major renovations and the place is super loud. We literally had room right over the area they are working on and the hammering started early. Restaurant is closed and they send you to a casino for breakfast.. at least you can get wine for breakfast. Oh and the water In Tub was green and you can’t see through it. Nicely mentioned these issues at check out and the only response was sorry. Still charged the full price Sheets are awesome and a great shower

The property was clean. The staff are not willing to assist/go that little bit out of their way in terms of room service. No porter assisted on arrival. The breakfast at Reign restaurant was terrible. Lack of qualified waiter. Bread given as toast with extra well done eggs when Sunny Side soft were requested. No mushrooms, substituted with bake-beans :-( A lot more and they were not even busy at the time. Terrible service. Requested manager to no avail.
