This is a BIG hotel. It’s a definite destination hotel and resort. It served lots of conventions with an amazing water park for families. An interesting combination. Nice variety of restaurants and bars. One thing I found odd was no concierge on property. Strange for a resort. I could have used one especially if you want to venture outside the resort for dinner or activities. Other than that it’s a great venue and will be back.

Brand new hotel. The staff was perfect, the atmosphere and amenities are all TOP notch. If you have kids they'll love the 4 pools (wave pool, lazy river, water slides) and an arcade. They have a great selection of foods/restaurants. I'll be staying there again

I’ve stayed at multiple Gaylord properties and this one is probably my least favorite. The food options were very limited. I found the sports bar To have very average food and the grab and go items We’re pretty lousy. The property is clean and new and the staff is wonderful. But overall, I find it pretty cold and septic compared to the other properties are so cozy and inviting. The gym was great. The bedding was very comfortable. Overall, it was fine, but for the money, I think better restaurants would be nice
