我們是幾個月前提早預訂的是484平方呎的家庭開放式套房，就是需要中間那個位置來安置我的兩個大型行李箱！酒店自行將我需要的房間降級去388平方呎的家庭四人房！復活節假期周圍很多酒店都滿房，他竟然說可以給我退款！如果退款我去哪裡再租酒店！房間第一晚沒有自來水供應，我們在這炎熱的地方不可以洗澡！說是酒店自來水供應系統在做維修。第二天早上迎來了黃色混濁的自來水，第二個晚上算是正常。誰知道睡醒的第三個早上竟然又停水不能梳洗！夜晚給了我另外一個房間的房卡讓我可以去洗澡。506號房間的廁所板是壞的，洗澡去水位會塞水，Wi-Fi經常斷線連不上，房間有蚊子！最後check out想在他樓下的餐廳吃東西，什麼粉麵都說沒有！從來沒有住過這麼讓人生氣的酒店！絕對不會再次選擇！！

朝7時過ぎから隣の建物の工事音で目覚めます。隣の部屋で作業しているのかと思うくらいうるさくて二度寝だってできたものではありませんでした。滞在期間中、シャワーが壊れたり、トイレが壊れてもそのままだったりして、帰ってきた際にバスルームに汚い大きなバケツがそのまま置いてあったりして、スタッフの対応も悪く最悪なステイでした。もう二度と泊まりません。
