The resort was very good. What would make it excellent is if the restaurant and bar service is better. When ordering appetizer and main meal, the maineal.sometines come before the appetizer. Thw nar service os also very slow. The rest of the staff amd facility was excellent.

Good resort though some cleanliness and renovations should be considered. We stayed at the villa and it needs more attention to details. Pool should be open until later in the night an bus shuttle to Kamala center too. If you stay here you should know that you will need to rent a motorbike or pay 200 one way to Kamala beach center.

From the moment I arrived until I checked out, my stay at the Namaka resort has been fantastic. I arrived very early in the morning and knew my room wouldn't be ready for a while. The staff did their best to get me checked in as early as possible and I was in my room by 12pm. There were two fairly steep slopes to go up and down from the room but there was always someone available to take you in the buggy. Throughout my holiday the staff have been polite, friendly and helpful. The food has been really tasty too. As a solo traveller, I've felt very safe here, to the point where I feel that the staff were watching out for me. I have had no complaints at all. The resort isn't close to shops etc but there is a free daily shuttle bus from the hotel to Kamara beach and Villa Market which goes every hour. It operates between the hours of 11am until 6pm. I wanted a nice relaxing holiday in the sun and I certainly had this here. I ate in the cafe bistro most nights and thoroughly enjoyed all types of food. They have live entertainment most nights who are very good at singing. I really can't fault my stay here at all.

Beautiful Property, Hillside with amazing pool views. Breakfast Buffet was the best out of all our stops. Only downfall was cleanliness of room, had to go to the front desk twice to get them to clean room properly. Floors were not mopped after last guest only swept so after walking barefoot our feet were disgusting and dirty foot prints in bath tub left by maid.

At first glance the property seems nice. But upon further examination it is dirty. The food was expensive and bland. At night music was loud and walls are very thin. The house keeping, bellhops and dining staff are very friendly. Based on the price and overall experience I would not recommend this resort.

The hotel made a great first impression with its welcoming staff, excellent location, and beautiful sea views. The reception staff was helpful, and the tour guide provided useful information. The hotel breakfast was delicious, with pleasant dining areas, and the poolside bar offered good service and enjoyable drinks. The pool area itself was also nice. However, the hotel room was disappointing. It was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with hair and sand on the floor. The room appeared worn down due to humidity and inadequate maintenance. The constant humidity made the bedsheets damp, which was uncomfortable. Despite these issues, we had an overall pleasant stay. However, we wouldn’t return due to the room’s condition.
