We did not like having to sign in to Wi fi everytime we were in our room. After having gone out. Also we were 1st floor and people in room above us had noisy footsteps at 5:30 am and woke us up.

Don’t ever stay here.

The hotel was absolutely horrible. There was no one there. It was very sketchy . My husband and I didn’t feel safe . We checked in and then we checked right back out.

Quality Inn Covington

Staff were friendly and polite. Room was very old and dilapidated. All of the lamps were broken, the mattresses were very worn and entirely too soft. The bathroom was so small you would need to stand between the shower and the toilet in order to close the door. The entrance door security lock was broken and appeared to have been kicked in previously. Very limited parking, and the lot was very small. Would never stay there again.

The door guard was broken and the room kind of smelled. There were lots of people just hanging out around the property which made me feel a little sketch. Turned out fine but next time I fish the Jackson I’ll probably stay elsewhere

This was by far the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed in. From Filthy rooms, to NO breakfast and nasty, rude staff. The doors didn't close properly, the bed linens were stained. There were holes in the ceiling. This place should be closed down. The only reason we stayed was because it was non refundable.

Quality was lacking.

TV wasn't working. We were a couple but the double bed was too small for two people to sleep in. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom. The microwave wasn't clean. There was a cockroach in the floor. And there was no breakfast because the employee in charge of it did not come to work.

Non quality inn Covington

Room was not ready at 3 pm. Outside a lot of garbidge en a big load of dogshit in front of the lobby. Koffiemachine was broken. Bathroom was dirty and things were broken. Toilet was loose on the floor. No plints and loose hanging wallpaper. Overall a very dirty en snoosy hotel. They goodn't offer me an other room.

Would never stay again, I don’t recommend this property. guest services was abrupt and unprofessional! The bed was comfortable, the room was damp smelling, there were no bugs. The place was not welcoming. there is one dark stairway upstairs with a blinking light on top, an over all unsafe feeling. The parking lot however was very well lit. We stayed because even though we wanted to leave, we had booked ahead of time and the rule is if you don’t cancel a few days in advance you have to pay for the room, so we stayed . I will not book in advance any more , because that was a very bad experience for us and we would have gone elsewhere had we not been stuck for the room bill weather we stayed or left that was our understanding, I contacted Expedia and they said we would have to pay if we left that was the motels Policy. I think this is wrong! folks should be able to decide to stay or leave once they see . where they will be staying.
