I extended my stay three times. The room I had was clean and the staff was attentive. In addition, I had a great view of the fireworks and light show from my balcony.

8/10 Very good

We had a wonderful stay overall. The service was outstanding — staff went above and beyond at every turn. The room was great and the location couldn’t be beat, putting us close to everything we wanted to see and do. The one thing holding this back from a full 5 stars was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect given how well everything else was run. A bit more attention to housekeeping and this would easily be a perfect stay. Would still recommend to others and would consider staying again.

Modern, clean and well maintained. The host was excellent and very helpful Big pool on the roof Went to Khem beach. Only 5 mins away in a grab and really beautiful with bars and restaurants. Great to stay

8/10 Very good

Clean room, not too many interactions with staff, infiniity pool is nice but only 3 chairs!! I was there 5 nights but only had towels changed once. Apartment style, not a hotel room. Laundry is nice to have. Small kitchen. No food available in building. Sunset Town is more like strange town Fireworks every night twice! Hard to find good restaurants.

10/10 Exceptional

The room at Luna Sol was beautiful and clean. The views from the balcony were stunning and the cable cars were not far away as you could see them from the room. We had a great view of the Symphony of the Sea show from our balcony which there are fireworks displays which we got to watch free of charge!! There were multiple buggies that took you from the hotel to anywhere you wanted to go which cost 15,000 vnd pp. Sunset town was amazing, plenty of restaurants and bars, we loved the night market which was always busy and a great atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Luna Sol to anyone who wants a great stay with amazing sunsets also. We would love to come and visit again sometime in the future.

My family had a wonderful stay here! Even though we checked out more than two hours late, the host was still very supportive and friendly. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a spacious balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. We were truly satisfied and would definitely come back if we have the chance. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality!
