Specisl mentioning deserves the gully equiped kitchen and the wonderful welcome package. We had a very nice stay and although the buildings inside are very much outdated it was very clean other then some mold in the bathrooms. We rented a golf cart for transportation during the stay and the power hook up to charge at our building wasn’t working so that was inconvenient. Luckily we had other family there in different buildings and power hook up at theirs worked. The staff was helpful while there which is more then you know appreciated. Overall we’ll be back.. thank you for a pleasant stay

We stayed slightly off-season here (mid September). The complex was very quiet and we were lucky to have a third-floor unit with a nice view from the balcony and some of the windows. There are a lot of great recreational amenities in this complex, although not all of them were in top condition or well-maintained. Still, for the price we thought that this was a really good value. The complex is very large and nicely situated, right on the beach on the ocean side and a few minutes’ walk to the sound side and the Duck boardwalk. We really appreciated the indoor and outdoor pools, the Pickleball court, the hot tub, but there were also lots of other recreational options, like basketball and volleyball, corn hole, even outdoor chess. The apartment was nicely, appointed and clean, if a little dated in the kitchen and bathrooms. Still, for the money, it was large and had good flow.
