Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful.

Reception staff was helpful. Our room was big and they had into account our room preferences. The worst was the poor bar service: no attention with wrong orders and removing unfinished drink bottles without asking for permission. Latin music was mediocre.
