The hotel was immaculate from the parking lot, to the lobby, the amenities, the rooms, staff, and service!! My son plays for the Alabama Rays, and this hotel is the only option for me and my family when we come down for his games!!!

Our stay, this time, was excellent. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The coffee in the room was actually much better than what was available in the lobby and offered at breakfast. The breakfast itself was decent enough (nothing exceptional - typical).

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed. Staff was very friendly, I called a few times beforehand to ask questions about reservation & both staff members were very helpful & friendly. Even when I got there, they were pleasant. The hotel is super close to restaurants & Tanger Outlet.
