This hotel was amazing! We liked the location (walkable to anything you want to do, get in a quiet area itself). No matter which room we stayed in, we would have found the hotel excellent, but they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite and we were blown away. Our room was huge, modern, comfortable, clean. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was luxurious. The best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, seriously. And the value was excellent! Staff were helpful too! The laundry room was nice to have also, as we travel through Italy we had a stop where we could do our laundry (free, they even provide the detergent!). We will recommend to anyone we know going to Florence. Cannot recommend enough!

A Very chic and modern hotel with courteous staff. Close to many popular places but not in a crowded area. Very safe neighborhood. We had the two bedroom suite which was very spacious for the four of us. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your family breakfast. Everything was upgraded, modern looking and clean. We had a nice stay there and we would definitely go back.

Nice relaxing oasis around 10 - 15 minute walk to the central parts of Florence. Convenient to have a Carrefour 2 blocks away so that you can buy some food supplies to cook / prepare meals in the appartment The apartments are very well kept and we appreciated the room upgrade which made the trip that bit more special Would highly recommend staying again as the quality of the rooms are high and there was a calm ambience whenever we returned to the property There are 4 washer and 4 tumble dryers along with 2 commercial irons so that you can do your laundry if you are staying longer term. There is fabric softener and washing solution provided in the laundry room but it's a first come first serve basis so you have to try and guess the quieter periods. Didn't use the gym or the spa facilities while there but both available Would happily stay at this residence again as you always felt you were in a relaxed state once you'd stepped foot into the room.

I have no complaints about this property. This place lacks nothing a 5 star hotel would have. With the exception of room service but they have a great restaurant /cafe attached to the hotel but not accessible from the inside but the walk is like 30 seconds. Free access to laundry as well as free detergent. Great concierge service as well. I would definitely stay here again! VERY SPACIOUS and beautiful rooms. We would stay here again and again.

This newly constructed property in Florence is exceptional in every way. The location is ideal, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, and the accommodations are spacious and comfortable — more than enough room for guests traveling in a small group. Will definitely return!

Beautiful stay! Spacious rooms and extremely clean. Friendly staff A bit outside of the main city, but walkable distance to bus and metro stations. Grocery store nearby if you fancy cooking in the kitchen and live like a local for a few days. Loved my stay with my partner and will definitely book again.

This hotel is a masterclass in modern, clean design—a refreshing, pristine alternative to traditional Florentine decor. The location is ideal: situated in a calm enclave, yet an effortless walk to the city's major landmarks. What truly elevates this property is the elite level of hospitality. The staff are welcoming, and Francesco was especially considerate and helpful, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfectly comfortable. Exceptional design paired with deeply attentive service. Highly recommended.

Kitchen is equipped enough for a large family. Very modern accommodation and great location. A little distance from the center of town but 2 minutes from the US consulate and great area to walk around. Canal is 2 minutes away they have a taxi service that is never more than a few minutes away. Honestly the nicest staff ever so helpful and passionate about thir city. I would stay here every time i come to Florance!
