Location was great. The breakfast area was not well designed, you were bumping into each other getting your breakfast. Otherwise, breakfast itself was the best I have had in recent memory. If the weather was better, we might have tried the pool.

Room was clean and fresh. Very comfortable. Lots of storage. Staff was amazing. No issues at all. Love Giovanni (Miami) at the Chill Bar. Always a smile and wonderful service. Breakfast was ok. Most of the food was lukewarm, and there were many empty items, such as butter, silverware. Tables could have been cleaned up better too. But it was a good variety of food. Only other issue was when checking in, the live music at the pool area was too loud, drowned out the poor guy at the front desk (John), very hard to hear what he was telling us etc. Maybe put the music at the other end of pool area. The sound comes right into lobby from the bar and it is too loud for the small area. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

first time during the week, it was pretty busy for during the week, but beautiful no matter what their location is phenomenal from everything to eat to the beach access to witness and the sunrises amazing and the sunsets zero complaints except a fire alarm went off in a room two down from us so apparently if one goes off it sets off some within the area so that was a little drawing waking up at 6:30 after going to bed at like 4 AM but nonetheless everything else was really perfect. No complaints. Food was delicious. Drinks were flowing.

The ocean view is not really an ocean view. It’s overlooking A1A and is on the corner where there is a lot of traffic and noise. The hotel pool is small and cramped and not child friendly. I was pretty disappointed and expected more from a Jimmy Buffett hotel. The one in Orlando is much better.

Great stay with my dog. Walkable to beach and many small businesses. Be aware that Flagler Beach has specific areas where leashed pets are allowed on the beach. Also be aware of hotel pet limitations. At the time of my booking, only the deluxe rooms allowed pets. So in addition to the pet fee, you have to select a more expensive deluxe room. In the room descriptions, "pets allowed" will be listed under amenities of the individual room type on hotels.com.
