Neither my television or my room phone were working. They were sorted out for me then, on my third night I was informed that neither of the restaurants were open at all!!! I had been with relative’s until then, luckily….i should have been told in booking, I was informed that if I’d come the weekend after they would have been open. Not much help when I live well over 200 miles away! I won’t be going back.

Very disappointed to find out that we was staying in an Annexe around the back of the hotel and not in the main building and in an Attic. The breakfast was delicious and it wasn’t the usual buffett, they seat you down and there is breakfast menu, place the order and they make it fresh which was a wonderful experience. This was our 3rd stay at the Orsett Hall Hotel we have never been disappointed. We booked a couples spa package, that included afternoon tea.massage, and then relaxing in the steam room jacuzzi and pool. Our suite was so nice clean spacious with a four poster bed. We will be coming back for a 4th visit.

Picturesque and Relaxing Stay

The hotel is so beautiful and all the grounds well kept. It was so relaxing and picturesque. Our room was very nice, clean and well organised. Breakfast was tasty and absolutely fresh. The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Thank you Orsett Hall for a lovely stay I will definitely be staying with you guys again!
