The room was very nice, has a fridge. The bed was so comfortable.The only issue which we had was air-conditioning which didn't work as they had some technical issue at that time but they provide us with a fan. Staff very friendly and helpful and localisation is right in a center

We booked this for a one night visit to Marseille and the room was so bad that we ended up leaving at 9pm and not staying. Incredibly stuffy, tiny room with no air con or a fan. Outside the tiny window was another building so no breeze. Noisy neighbours. Booked a double bed and it was a large single, not a double. Would rather have stayed in our car. Owners recently changed and the new ones must be trying to save cost. This place looks like a good cheap option online, but don’t do it. Just pay a bit more for a proper room & bed somewhere else…literally anywhere else.

Accueil du personnel sympathique et courtois,Chambre très bien avec tout le nécessaire a disposition. Seul petit bémol 2 étages a montée alors quand ont a un problème de hanche pas simple et aussi quartier bruyant le soir avec une boîte de nuit.

The good: Excellent owner/reception, so sweet and kind. Fantastic, soft large towels and probably the cleanest sheets and bed in France (I've seen a few). The Bad: The only thing I can say is that it's an older French building, as such the floors are out of level but nothing dangerous Overall, my best stay in Marseille. you can't beat the location/price (value) combo.

Très grande déception ! J’ai réservé une chambre pour une collaboratrice dans le cadre d’un événement professionnel, en préparant son arrivée avec l’hôtel à travers plusieurs échanges. On m’avait assuré que l’établissement avait été récemment rénové, mais la réalité ne correspond absolument pas à cette description. Pire encore, notre collaboratrice n’a pas eu accès à l’eau chaude, et malgré sa demande d’assistance auprès de la réception, elle a reçu une réponse totalement inacceptable et irrespectueuse : "Cassez-vous sorcière !!" Une telle expérience est indigne d’un établissement hôtelier et nous laisse une impression très négative.
