Es un hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Querétaro, caminando queda muy cerca la catedral y demás sitios turísticos. Está muy limpio, muy bonito y acogedor. El desayuno fue continental, pero rico. Todo el personal muy amable. Cuando regresemos a Querétaro, volveremos hospedarnos ahí.

We had a wonderful time at El Serafín. The staff was wonderful from the beginning and gave us great ideas of places to visit and how to get around town. The hotel is very central, and it’s about a 3 minute walk to museums, Oxxos, and food spots. The location made it easy to explore and we really enjoyed our stay. We spent our evenings enjoying the terrace and watching the sunset.

It’s a small reasonably priced hotel. It is in centro easy to walk around. There is no parking and local parking for 36 hours was $1100 pesos. Be prepared.

I have stayed at this place several times. I like it very much. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is simple (fruit, toast, yogurt and coffee) but a perfect way to start the day. The hotel is in the old part of town and a great place to walk.
