From check-in to check-out the entire experience with this hotel was excellent. We traveled with our kids so we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were upgraded to suites free of charge and they made a point to put all of us on the same floor close to each other without us even asking. The food was delicious with multiple dining options. The only complaint we have is that the dinner buffet was closed 3 nights in a row but we were able to get into the other restaurants without any problems. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Beautiful , customer service was excellent from check in to everywhere you go on the resort, sitting areas on the beach or pool. Gorgeous, accessible for drinking on the beach or inside , many options for food. Travelled with family we loved staying there . Of course will plan to go back again.
