I would never stay at that hotel again. We checked in at 11:00 p.m. on a Thursday night the room they gave us wasn't upgrade which we did not ask for then the room did not have any air conditioning so it was almost 80 in the room the next day we were leaving and we told him the air did not work they said that they would come and fix it while we were out when we came back it wasn't fixed they said we had to move rooms and it took them over an hour for them to find us a room got another room then that evening found out the room the desk was covered in bugs that I took pictures of so we had to move to another room and they were not willing to do any kind of compensation after speaking with them. There are also other things to mention the pool key didn't work so the man from the desk had to open it up if you wanted to use the pool there wasn't a blow dryer in the room asked for a blow dryer waited for over an hour and didn't receive it had to go track down housekeeping to get one there was many things that was wrong with the hotel.

We did not have a key to our room the entire stay. We had to be let in the room upon every return. Clean enough but bland and dated. Staff was pretty respectable, though.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The hotel was unclean,they had cockroaches everywhere as well as stains on the carpet. The shower did not work & the airport shuttle was not availabl as advertised and the only reason we booked an airport hotel was to get an airport shuttle. I want a full refund.

Overall summary-good for a quick stay only if you dont mibd the bad service
1. Night clerk was horrible. Couldn't even tell us where to be picked up at airport. We had to ask an airport employee. Then when we arrived he rushed us,didnt explain where to get elevator, and didn't really do any customary hotel greeting or explain anything about breakfast, check out time, etc.
2. Shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive and the step up is way high with no step to help. I almost fell getting out of shuttle at hotel.
3. The beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows
4. The room was clean and comfortable and great water pressure in shower.
5. I was going to complain to day manager but i heard another guest complaining and you could tell she really didn't care. The guest was complaining about the night shift desk staff and about the same issues. The staff person literally never took her eyes off her personal cell phone and just kept saying uh huh, ok. It will be ok ma'am and it is no worries. Really that was your best response?

I will never be saying there ever again. The hallway smell like mildew they advertise the restaurant that’s accessible, but it’s never open. Let’s just say I know that I don’t ever wanna go there ever again.

I booked a night at four points and went I went to check in they told me their system was down and send me to a neighbor property, which was in very bad condition, old, and I was not going to stay there. I was not issued a refund even though I didn’t stayed and it was an inconvenience from their side.

We checked in and we were not given keys. We had to wait for the front desk worker every time we wanted to go back inside our room. When we got to the third floor it smelled like bathroom plumbing. The restroom was not clean at all. Orange stains all over the bathroom and clumps of hair everywhere and on the shampoo bottles that were also empty. Last thing is that the pillows were of very poor quality like they were 10 years old.

We arrived and the staff seemed to have had a problem getting us a room key that worked after 4 attempts my wife and I gave up and demanded a refund and was told since we reserved the room on Expedia that we would have to get our money back from them still no contact has been made
