From great location-across the street to the Swinger Palace!, nice rooftop, and courteous staff. The 2 bed room apartment was very spacious for 5 people, with comfortable beds, moderate size common area spaces (kitchen and living room) and a big dining table. Reception staff was courteous. Great hotel we had the apartment very comfortable and clean. Location was very central right next to the Striezelmarkt And Zwinger palace . Plenty of shopping and dining. Location is perfect. Close to tram station. Nice view from the dining room. We got the 6 persons room. Staff were very nice. There is an app paid washer & dryer available to use but it is very tricky to get to. One of the guys @ the front disc came down & show us where to go & how to use it. Staff were very nice & helpful.

In the very heart of Dresden, everything a tourist wants to see is walking distance. Spacious room with 4,5 beds, appartment style with clever usage of the room size. Roof top bar serves as breakfast areas as well, very nice. I will come back.
