Room was great! We had a jet tub for a romantic evening. The first night was great. The 2nd night no hot water whatsoever. Management was helpful, but never got it fixed. It was the Sunday night after Christmas. Satff at front destk bent over backwards to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

The whole staff was really nice and helpful. However, the hotel is not what it used to be. The pool wasn’t working, they were burnt outlets in the hallways, the smoke detector in our room was missing the face, we had to have our keys reprogrammed multiple times per day in our room was on the third floor on the very end so you never knew when you’d have to go back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. The breakfast was the same every single day with no variation. The shower was hard to get the right temp. It wasn’t just hot to the left cold to the right, if you went too far left it was cold. It seemed fairly clean overall. If you’re just staying for a day or two it’s fine but we were there for a whole week and that was way too much.

The staff at this hotel did a great job at check in and getting a bottle of water when I asked since there was no water out at breakfast. However, this hotel has mold growing in the showers along the window seals, which is made it smell terrible not a safe place to be staying. The curtains were from the water damage along the window, which has never been repaired. We had several rooms and each of the rooms had a black mold in the showers in various areas from the caulking along the wall and ceiling.
