We had a long wait to check in because no one was at the desk. The typical clientele are…up all night. Ignoring their crying, screaming children. The hallways and bathrooms smell like pot. It was cheap and we last-minute needed a place to stay; we got what we paid for. If you want a place to stay with “family friendly” guests, find another place. If you’re fine with mingling with the type of people to scream in the hallways at 2am because they’re too out of their mind to realize how late it is, you’ll feel right at home here.

They made me move after one night. When I moved it was extremely rushed by staff. I missed a couple of personal belongings. When I went back the desk staff said that housekeeping threw it away when I was only a floor away. I ended up losing about $50 dollars of personal items. Problem was why did I have to move? Why was it necessary and when I went back to first room there was no one checked it. I would stay at Suburban again and the fees added were truly never discussed or made clear.
