This hotel was a pleasant surprise as it is older but very well maintained. The rooms are very nice, beds were comfortable and the front desk attendant was awesome. We stayed for 2 nights and ended up having to stay a 3rd night so I went right back to Relax Inn. If ever in Hampton again this is where I will stay.

Overall good stay. As others have said its a decent place to lay your head. Only complaint is that it rained and the ground outside is very slippery. I slipped and fell twice. Fortunately I am okay but there were no wet floor warnings.

The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. I stayed in a room with a breathtaking view of the mountains, and waking up to the sunrise was an experience I won’t forget. The staff at the inn were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every guest felt like family. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat in Virginia with stunning views, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Relax Inn. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. I will definitely be returning!

Never got out of the car. Was not pleased with the building or location so rebooked elsewhere immediately. Primary problem I did not realize the rooms had outside doors when I booked.
