The staff was amazing! But the guess was rude and Loud! They were outside smoking weed,they were cursing at me while I was in my room! I would not be staying here again! It’s not safe! But The staff get 5 stars ⭐️

I wish i could give 0/5 stars. Do NOT reserve this property at all. It may be good deal but for your staying even within 30 mins, DO NOT. Driving from ohio and stop here for halfway to FLA (vacation) and we saw cockroaches and other bug kind on the door. We haven’t settle down to rest. Tv was half cracked. no wifi. one pillow per bed, 2 beds? we have 4 guest with a child. my child wasn’t even comfortable and want to leave immediately. people wandering around like it’s their home so obviously it is not “hotel” last thing, the front desk doesn’t speak english which i don’t mind and willing to translate through google translation.. then asking how many people and required their identification? too many paperwork to fill out over one night staying? Also, they have a wall of people who are shame in the property. Doesn’t feel safe in the environment at all - couldn’t rest peacefully with the car we are transported with. I repeated DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY! I think the property need to get department inspection because how the hell they allowing people to reserve that kind?? Oh yeah, this place is NONREFUNDABLE, fyi!!

I liked how accesible is to the main streets. The staff wasn't too kind. I ask for an additional key card and they ask me for all the ID's of my group in order to bring it, that felt rude. I ask for additional pillow and blankets and they didn't bring them. However, I got later than expected in the evening (office is closed after 6pm) and they had someone that gave me the key to get to the room.

I did not stay at this location because when I drove into the parking lot, as a single female, I was afraid to even park my vehicle or get out of my vehicle!!! The atmosphere and people that I saw in the parking lot scared me!!!
