The Seventy Four is like a step back in time… and there are lots of things to do within an easy drive when not enjoying the peace afforded by the ranch. The owner was a longtime news anchor in Atlanta. Her exciting life has given her a bottomless bag of riveting stories that add spice to the tasty breakfasts she prepares. The horses are gentle and well-trained and the rolling meadows dotted with cattle are calendar-pic worthy.

We absolutely loved this place. It was so special, but it was a touch loud in the morning. The house is gorgeous but it’s very old, and echoes. The property was so fun, and stunning. We really enjoyed our quick trip there.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner Pam is delightful, and thinks of anything and everything you might need. She made us a wonderful breakfast, met everyone’s needs, and is a fabulous host. We met the ranch hands and the beautiful horses too. Our cabin was so well equipped that we wouldn’t have had to bring anything! Best place we have ever stayed because it was so enjoyable.

Wow, what a beautiful and special property! We loved our stay at the ranch. The view from the overlook suite was stunning - starry skies and the sounds of crickets at night and an atmospheric, foggy view over the fields in the morning, with the staff readying the horses to ride down below.
