The staff, the location, the amenities were amazing. The spirit of the hotel makes you blessed. Atacama means daily tours picking up early. Thus, they serve breakfast starting from 4a.m. Although the size of the pool is small, we swam everyday. We enjoyed ‘wine tasting’ hour the most. The owner of the hotel is so generous and hospitable, as well as the staff.

Incredible hotel ! Certainly one of the best hotel we had during our trip as a family in South America ! Thé hôtel is ideally located in the center of San Pedro de Atacama. Lovely renovated building with garden and pool. Very nice, frienfly and helpful staff. Only regret: we could only stay 2 days!

Absolute perfection. Incredible location right in the middle of town yet quiet and safe. Rooms are clean and beautifully appointed. Bathrooms are a bit small but they have great shower pressure and amenities. Our room had a cute garden but there are many locations on the property to sit and relax. The facility is beautifully kept and their customer service is incredible. Smooth and easy check in and check out. They totally spoil you with mid day snacks , afternoon tea and cookies and evening wine and cheese. Continental Breakfast is available from very early am for people who leave on excursions and more options ( eggs etc) are available after 7 am. We left every morning very early so cannot comment on quality of the full breakfast. The staff is incredible. Franklin, the manager, remembers everyone’s names and speaks to all guests to ensure their satisfaction. And everyone else follows his lead in providing incredible service to all the guests. We were there for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer.
