Clean and comfortable room. Was communicating with the owner/ manager on WhatsApp and got all information. Got help with transport from and to da nang. My plan was to book closer to the river but I’m glad I chose this place. No noise at all. Slept like a baby.

This place is quiet, check in was easy, the room was charming, fully fitted for a self contained stay, great location, it felt warm and comfortable. Communication was clear and always helpful, the bikes available make for a fun way to get around. The interior was raw and simple, well put together and thoughtful. Would highly recommend this place.

The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination washer/dryer works well and is much appreciated. There is no reception but the staff is easily and quickly reached by WhatsApp. Only slight downside is a bit of noise as the location is in a residential area and close to a busy street but this would only be an issue if someone needs absolute quiet to sleep. Highly recommended.
