Bien

Habitación cómoda. Baño correcto, aunque con una de las luces fundidas. Buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. La silla del mesado de la habitación en mal estado, medio desfondada con las patas flojas bailando adelante y atrás. El personal de recepción es correcto y amable. Posibilidad de 2 opciones de parking, uno de contratación directa con el hotel por 10€/día de estancia que permite entrar y salir con el coche a voluntad, y otra opción de pago en máquina del parking por 3€/día si no sacas el coche. Si lo sacas, tendrás que volver a pagar. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación estratégica al lado la de estación del metro, que permite por un coste ridículo acceder al centro de Sevilla y volver al hotel en unos pocos minutos, todo un acierto. Una cosa que no me gustó fue el sistema de ascensor. No respeta el orden de pulsación de las plantas y además en el recorrido se parará en todas y cada una de las plantas donde llamen al ascensor. Lo que puede provocar que si como yo, quieres ir por ejemplo de la recepción a la planta - 2 de garaje, pero se suben otros clientes que pulsan a varias plantas después de tí, te pasarás un buen rato de paseo arriba y abajo parando en todas las plantas de los que pulsaron después de tí, y además, en las de todos aquellos que vayan llamando en otras durante el recorrido. Haciendo que un proceso de ir de la planta 0 a la - 2, que debería llevar unos pocos segundos, se convierta en una excursión de 5 o más minutos de impotencia e incredulidad

Horrible el desayuno, los huevos revueltos no se podían comer. Solo un tipo de leche (semidesnatada), no había sin lactosa, ni avena… Un tipo de queso (de sándwich) y 3 embutidos. Por 14€ me siento tonto la verdad.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda asıl kalacağımız odayı alana kadar iki oda değiştirdik, üçüncü seferde odamızı alabildik. Bize ilk verilen odanın temizliği yapılmamıştı, fotoğraflarını çekip resepsiyon görevlisine gösterdik, özür dileyip hemen odayı değiştirdi. İkinci odada ise “priz problemi” vardı. Odaya girip cep telefonumu şarja taktığımda, prizden elektrik sesi gelmeye başladı. Hemen telefonu prizden çıkardım ve cızırtı şeklinde ses gelmeye devam etti. Elektrik sesi gelen prizin video kaydını alıp resepsiyon görevlisine izlettim ve tekrar odamız değişti. Üçüncü odada çok şükür bir problem çıkmadı ve odamıza yerleştik. Otel ile ilgili bir diğer olumsuz husus “asansör”. Asansör özellikle dördüncü kattan geçerken her seferinde yoğun bir gürültü oluyor, o noktada yapısal bir sorun var ve bu şekilde o asansör güven vermiyor. Oda temizliği hususu gayet iyiydi. Ancak, bizim odamızın tuvaletinde tuvalet temizleme fırçası olmaması bir diğer olumsuzluktu. Otelin yegane avantajı, Metromar Alışveriş Merkezi’nin ve Ciudad Expo metro durağının hemen bir adım uzağında olmasıdır. Ancak, hafta için şehir merkezinden kalkan son metro 23.15 civarlarında olduğundan metroya bağlı olmak da stres sebebi olabiliyor. Bunların dışında belirtmek istediğim husus her sabah otel önünde 4-5 tane tur otobüsünün beklediği ve sabahları asansör ve lobideki trafiğin tam bir kaos olduğudur. Otelinin fiyatının nispeten uygun olduğu düşünüldüğünde bu otel tercih edilebilir, ancak bunun dışında bir katma değeri yok.

Buena opción en la periferia de Sevilla

Leyendo algunos comentarios estaba un poco preocupado, pero la realidad fue una buena experiencia. El hotel es cierto que esta un tanto "envejecido" pero cumple con la función de estar bien de precio , a las afuera de sevilla, pero con buenas conexiones en metro y coche al centro. La habitacion amplia y el parking es un plus si viajas en coche. En la zona hay restaurantes, cafeterias y tiendas.

Servicio pésimo

Al llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que no funcionaba ni la televisión ni el aire acondicionado ni el teléfono.Llamamos desde el móvil con la recepción para que subiría alguien de mantenimiento y nos dijo que los sábados por la tarde no había nadie para arreglarlo y que ella estaba sola en recepción y no podía abandonarlo.Nos cambia a otra habitación un piso más abajo y tampoco dispone de nadie que me ayude en el transporte de enseres ( viajaba con una persona con problemas de movilidad). Y en la nueva habitación la ducha sale con muy poca presión y el secador de pelo deja de funcionar cada poco tiempo. En definitiva, entiendo que quieran ser ecológicos y ahorrar costes pero un hotel de cuatro estrellas debe dar un mejor servicio si quieren que los clientes volvamos a ir.

Water leak from room above

Sadly, the bathroom in the room upstairs had a huge leak around 1 a.m. The hotel did not have the personnel to help with the issue. A situation like that reflects the property's lack of maintenance. Also, it is too far from the center of Sevilla. Lots of money was spent on Uber and taxis.
