Good location, convenient to get to Portsmouth by ferry. With big supermarkets nearby. The host was nice. Good facilities and full range of cooking utensils was available. Cozy and warm flat.

We loved our stay here! The staff was absolutely wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning chats over breakfast. The building is very old but has really interesting history. It was clean and well equipped. We would stay here again!

Good apartment spoilt by noisy residents on the floor above. Also poorly closing windows meant trafic on the road was also annoying. If your looking for a quiet place I would look elsewhere

The location of the flat is perfect. We were travelling by train and walked from the station (a 20 minutes walk). Everything could be reached quite quickly. The flat is well furnished & there are many equipments. We have been kindly welcomed. The only problem future guests have to know is that the flat is very, VERY noisy : single glassed windows, in poor condition, close to a very busy avenue that make you feel you are in an airport : very hard to sleep. A pity regarding to the other good points.

The unit was perfect! Clean, modern and fully equipped. We very much enjoyed our apartment. One queen bed, 1 single in one small room and 2 singles in the third bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (we were given a clothes horse to dry our laundry); large bathroom with a tub. Big living room/dining room with smart tv. Small downsides: The property as a whole is a little run down and it’s on the 3rd floor of a walk up. Once we walked through and up the unit was great!
