The hosts make a motel and they are terrific. Super comfortable beds, linens, air conditioning….five minutes walk to the shopping mall & 10 minutes drive from Christchurch Airport. Little touches like plunger coffee & fudge/cookies make a nice difference too.

I'm expecting that we will be at the ground floor as I have a knee problem but staff told me that we need to request it instead on our booking. Not happy with the service. Also, we requested for a room service but they just emptied our bin at the kitchen. Bed has not been made, toilet bin has not been emptied and towels has not been changed. These was our first visit in Christchurch and we are not satisfied in our accommodation.
