The apartment was in a beautiful historic building. It was close to transportation which connected to most of Prague. The easy walking distance to cultural sights, like the Prague castle, restaurants and cultural events made it ideally located. I loved staying at Malostranska Residence! The location is fantastic! It’s 5 minutes from Charles Bridge, and across the street from all of the buses needed to get around Prague. The hotel is located on a beautiful square, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself it beautiful and very well taken care of. I stayed in a studio apartment, which was well-sized and well-furnished. The shower water pressure was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The view was wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our flight was delayed, so they allowed my parents to pick up my room keys. The manager even baked gingerbread cookies for the guests.

I could not have picked a more perfect place! The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to Charles bridge. You enter right across the street from gorgeous buildings, and it’s walkable to everything. Despite lots of people being out at night, my room was completely silent. Great apartment with a couple of rooms, gorgeous bathroom with a bath and a rain shower, and a kitchenette with a frying pan and a couple of pans, a dishwasher and a kettle. The location could not have been better! Everything was within a 1/2 hour walk, the view from our window was amazing and there’s even a nearby supermarket to get the basics. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. They arranged airport transfer for us which worked out to be the same price as taxi with a meter. We cannot recommend this place enough!

The Malostranka Residence exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful apartment hotel. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. There were plenty of places to store and hang our clothes. The living and dining areas were large, comfortable, and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a lot of storage, and there was even a cute terrace. It was unusually hot for the first part of our stay in Prague and the air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled every room. The location is also wonderful, It was quiet at night, but so convenient to everything you want to see and do in Prague. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the door. The tram stop is also just outside and made it very easy to take the trip up to the Prague Castle. It is a short walk to the Charles Bridge and across the bridge to Old Town and all the sites to see there. Most importantly all of the staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite and spoke perfect English. The airline lost one of the pieces of our luggage and the staff was very helpful in communicating with the airline and seeing to it that when it did arrive at the airport it was delivered very quickly to our room. We can't say enough wonderful things about this place. We'd highly recommend it to everyone.

I would never consider staying anywhere else in Prague. Malostranska Residence was truly a dream! The most beautiful rooms, with so much space, wonderfully comfortable beds, and the most jaw-dropping views out of every window. The location is perfect -- just steps from the Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle, with excellent restaurants and shops on every corner. The front desk ladies were wonderfully kind and helpful with local reccomendations and the best spots to exchange money. Truly a 10/10 experience that I will not soon forget!
