No pool open No room service to clean out trash No coffee in the room at all Never was told that you have to ask for room service to pick up trash or leave coffee Had to move from room 218 to room 208 reason was that toilet was broken and room was out of service But they still rented out room 218 Room 218 the toilet was shut off for reasons I didn’t know but in the middle of the night when using the bathroom I found out why the toilet was shut off The toilet was broken and there was water all over the floor Will never stay there again I haven’t even heard from the Manager or the Hotel Very very bad service
