Pleasant surprise

It was a last minute booking so we were not expecting much. We just wanted somewhere to stay overnight to avoid driving back and forth. But Cortina was such a pleasant surprise. The service is quick, efficient and top notch. The facilities itself is not the newest, but it is well-maintained and very clean. You can see that there have been improvements in certain areas that adds a touch of elegance to the place. The breakfast buffet was also amazing! We hope to be back soon for a longer and leisure stay 😍❤️

Reception partially attended. No restaurant. Worst part was fire alarm was set off by staff member at 5am and was left to scream for almost an hour. I was in business and had a lot of travel the next day which wasn’t easy after that. Nothing said on checkout and no apology.

Fanns ingen bar och vi ’kunde’ inte få köpa 4 öl, sa dom. Men vi såg att ett annat stort sällskap hade både öl och vin, kunde varit liite service minded! Inga grönsaker vid frukosten, annars bra utbud.

Comfortable overnight stay

Stayed overnight and was not disappointed. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Efficient and friendly reception and a nice breakfast. No restaurant but as it’s a town center restaurant there’s a fair few options around. Would stay again happily.

Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, Anreise 3 Std und es gab keine Möglichkeit aufs Zimmer zu kommen, beim Betreten des Zimmers waren 2 Fenster offen, es war eiskalt im Zimmer, es ist Dezember, da gehört es sich NICHT! GÄSTE in solch einem kalten Zimmer zu empfangen, Zimmer sehr ungemütlich, Plastik Einwegbecher im Bad und Wasserkocher! Kaltes Wasser in der Dusche! Nur 2 deutsche FERNSEHSENDER GROSSES MANKO: ALLE GÄSTE waren von dem großen Bankett am Vorabend, da ist es es FRECHHEIT für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nur FRÜHSTÜCK bis 9 uhr anzubieten. Sollten wir nochmal zu der Feier eingeladen werden, werden wir NICHT mehr im Cortina übernachten

Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist

War hatten geplant eine Nacht im Cortina zu verbringen. Haben aber den Aufenthalt abgebrochen Das Zimmer ( wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Zwei Betten gebucht ) war mit nur einem Bett und einer Decke. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und das Fenster war nur zur Hälfte Öffenbar, so das die Hitze sich staute. Das Hotel war wegen der Olympiade ( auch für uns ) ausgebucht. Wir haben dann gegen Mitternacht das Hotel verlassen. Wenn ihr einen Aufenthalt im Sommer plant, fragt nach einem ruhigen und kühlem Zimmer

Nice hotel with great breakfast

Nice hotel with an amazing breakfast for the price. But, it was very dirty in the common rooms like the stairs that I used to go to my bedroom. And in the bedroom, the bed and the pillow were great. But, I noticed that it looked quite old and a bit dirty (lot of dust on the desk). The parking is very large and well indicated.

Top service. Op de kamer vastgesteld dat we de kapstok met de feestkleding in Antwerpen vergeten waren. Over en weer gereden. 1 uurtje te laat aan de feesttafel. Maar geen moeite teveel van het personeel om ons in feeststemming te brengen. Drank gekoeld; voorgerecht opzij gezet . Bedankt !

Las ventanas no cierran bien y la habitación da directamente a la carretera delante del hotel. No hay cortinas y quando hago la ducha todo el mundo te ve.

3ème visite en 3 ans dans cet établissement que nous adorions...et cette fois-ci, quelle déception! Nous avons eu certainement la pire chambre : exiguë au possible, perdue au fond l'hôtel, la douche n'était pas étanche et nous avons pu noter l’isolation phonique médiocre grâce aux performances vocales de la voisine! C'était drôle...5 minutes. Les cacahuètes offertes avaient leur paquet éventré et renversé dans le frigo...pas pro. Le petit déjeuner a aussi subit une cure de régime, mais reste correct. Ceci étant dit, l'hôtel propose un cadre agréable et une décoration au gout du jour. Ils ont installé un ascenseur et c'est une très bonne chose pour recevoir une clientèle élargie. En conclusion, cet hôtel mérite largement mieux que la prestation qu'il a fourni et je souhaite sincèrement mieux pour l'année prochaine...si je devais décider de revenir. D'autant plus qu'il en est capable vu ce qu'il nous a proposé les 2 années précédentes (chambres spacieuses, vue sur la rue, petit déj copieux et varié etc...)
